Problem

The dental group managed multiple clinic locations, services, doctors, opening hours, and promotional updates across a website that was difficult to keep consistent. Location information was repeated manually, service pages lacked a standardized structure, and routine content or SEO updates depended too heavily on technical support. Patients also had to navigate too many steps before reaching the most relevant clinic and booking action.

Objectives

  • Create a modern multi-location website with a consistent patient journey
  • Centralize clinic
  • service
  • doctor
  • offer
  • and contact information in a custom CMS
  • Make location-specific content easier for the internal team to update
  • Improve mobile navigation and appointment calls to action
  • Create structured SEO controls for service and location pages
  • Reduce duplicated content management across clinic pages

Solution

The Prism Services designed a responsive healthcare website backed by a custom content management system. Shared service information, doctors, clinic locations, hours, contact details, FAQs, offers, and SEO fields were modeled as structured content instead of being duplicated page by page. Location pages automatically pull the correct clinic details while still allowing location-specific content where needed. The public experience was reorganized around service discovery, clinic selection, trust signals, and appointment actions, with mobile-first navigation and reusable page components keeping the experience consistent as the group adds new locations.
