Key responsibilities
- Execution of Genset operations: manage all steps from sales confirmation to full functionality, including delivery, material arrangement and insurance, customer communication and technical supervision
- Operational maintenance: promote maintenance contracts for long-term customer support
- Team leadership: manage a team of 30+ across Pakistan
- Inventory management: ensure stock availability with SCM for timely deliveries
- Emergency response: provide proactive 24-hour backup support
- Vendor relations: coordinate with vendors for reliable material supply and partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's in Engineering (B.E.), preferably Master's in Engineering (M.E.)
- 3–5 years in B2B operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid academic background
