Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies for resource mobilization and funding
- Identify local and international funding opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with donors (individuals, corporations, foundations, government)
- Write grant proposals and secure financial support for sustainability projects
- Monitor funded projects, ensuring alignment with donor expectations
- Organize fundraising campaigns and events
- Prepare reports for donors and communicate project impacts
- Train staff in donor engagement and fundraising techniques
- Represent the foundation at events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred in Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, etc.)
- 5–7 years in sustainability, resource mobilization, fundraising, or donor relations
